1. What is your minimum order quantity?

We usually do not set any limit for minimum quantity for placing an order for our running items. However, we suggest you to contact us about minimum order limit for any new requirements or new product development. There is no job too big or too small.

2. We want a product which is not pictured in your web site. What do we do?

You can send us your detailed sketches, spec sheets, drawings, illustrations,  so we can look what we can do for you. Do not hesitate to contact us if there is any idea you may have.

3. What are your delivery options?

Courier (Air Shipping) and Cargo (Air Shipping & Sea Transport).

4. What are your payment methods?

L/C, Bank Transfer, PayPal, MoneyGram and Western Union.

5. Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time?

Yes we can deliver your products via Express Couriers like: DHL, Skynet, UPS, TNT to quicken the delivery time.

6. What is your policy regarding product samples and dispatch?

We always get too many sample questions & requests every time, please check our sample policy below.

A) IN STOCK SAMPLES:  We can provide some in stock / already made samples for you to check out. As we are making many different product models & variety of decorations such as screen printing, embroidery, foils, high density, custom labels, custom hang tags etc.. in most cases we have something very close to your desired product. We can send a sample or a pack of samples according to your request, in this case you only need to cover the sample shipping costs.

B) CUSTOM SAMPLES: If you require a custom sample to be made before your order, we can do that as well. There will be a custom sampling fee involved. The cost is determined by the complexity of the product and charged either as a deposit or a non-returnable fee in some cases. If charged as a deposit, custom sampling fee will be reduced as soon as you place your order.
